New skin in 5 Days!

Discover how Green Peel delivers immediate results in only one treatment. Herbal Deep-Peeling is a medically developed skin regeneration technique using only pure natural plant ingredients. It has been recognized worldwide and proven as a safe and successful non-surgical procedure.

Seminar Information:

The course will be taught by a Green Peel Certified Instructor.
Topics cover the theory of the product line and peels that have been available for over 40 years.
Attendees will give and receive a Green Peel under the direction and instruction of the trainer.
Post-care home kits will be provided to attendees to take care of their skin.
Products provided for a post-treatment follow-up facial 5 days after the peel to alleviate some of the flakiness.

If you are unable to have a peel you may bring a model. They must be available from 4:30pm-9pm. Please have them arrive early as we can not guarantee the exact time when they will be needed. Please ensure that you pre-screen your model before bringing them. A sample history form is available upon request.

All participants will receive a peel (or provide one on your model) and post-care home care products. Upon completion of this course you will receive certification to perform Herbal Green Peels.

Prerequisite: Aesthetician, Medical Aesthetician or Skin Therapist (or student in any of these positions)

Course Fees: $299.00 + GST

Skin Biology and Chemical Peel Seminar

This one-day seminar will give you a solid understanding of skin biology and the safe and effective application of superficial chemical peels. It will keep you on the cutting edge of skin care science and help your practice reach its full potential.

Course Outline:

Skin biology and the importance of using peel solution formulated with ingredients naturally found in the skin and biocompatible ingredients
The Low-Dose Approach: How to achieve results without causing skin trauma
How to best address hyper-pigmentation, acne, rosacea and other types of sensitive skin, aging skin, and other conditions
The benefits of using modified Jessner’s, TCA, salicylic acid and retinol blends versus single ingredient peels
How to assess skin type/condition and select the appropriate PCA SKIN treatment for your patients
How to customize your treatments by layering PCA SKIN daily care products and professional treatments to enhance results
Information about the physiological differences between facial and body skin and advanced treatments designed specifically to address them

In addition, your PCA SKIN educator will perform several treatments on appropriate candidates, giving you an opportunity to view application technique.

Upon completion of this course you will receive a PCA SKIN Chemical Peel Certification certifying you in the application of all PCA SKIN professional treatments.

Hairstyling Basics for Editorial Shoots

Learn how to do basic hair styling for editorial photo shoots. Practice the use of products and tools to create fresh, editorial hair. Find out what is required for your hair kit that is essential on set. Discover set etiquette and what you should expect behind the camera as a stylist. Learn how to do a blow dry and roller set as well as clean back combing and smoothing for full, voluminous hair that translates great on camera.

Styling Basics for Editorial Photo Shoots

Learn the essentials of how to put together a wardrobe concept for a shoot from fashion designer and stylist’s perspective. Find out where to shop on a budget to put together a high end shoot. Discover the details required to create a concept with a photographer and how to find the garments and accessories to achieve the look. Know what to do from putting together the looks, pulling the outfits, dressing the models, accessorizing and grooming on set. Learn the tips and tricks of styling to get that perfect shot from the photographer’s perspective. Create interesting high fashion looks by being innovative and clever with your styling ideas.

Prerequisite: Make Up Certificate

Learn how to create that perfect beauty shot for your portfolio. This intensive hands-on program will take you step by step through a successful photo shoot starting from finding the right model to choosing the final shots. Discover how to create a concept and follow through with guidance from experienced professionals. Students participate in actual photo shoots.

Length: 1 week - Monday to Friday
