Refund/Cancellation Policy

Diploma Programs

Due to the high demand for our courses and the limited seating per session, a strict cancellation policy is enforced. We are guided in our policy by the Private Career Colleges Act of Ontario.

A student cancellation must be in writing and received in our office by fax or mail 14 days or more prior to the scheduled program start date. A refund will be issued minus a $300 administration fee.

The refund applies only to the registration course fee and does NOT apply to other fees or expenses incurred by the student such as airfare or accomodation.

Workshops and Seminars

The Salon & Spa Career College fully refunds payments made toward any course(s) that is cancelled by the College for any reason.

Student Spa Appointments

PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the scheduled class start date or for NO SHOWS (A no show is a person who registers but does not cancel or does not attend the scheduled course). We want to make these courses as fun and full of information as possible.

NO tape recorders, video recorders, cameras, or cell phones are permitted in the classroom classroom.
